Warranty up to 18 months for fountain pens!
For many fountain pens and many items at PenSachi, we offer you up to 18 months of warranty. This is a special policy that you can only have with PenSachi.Please refer to our warranty terms for all items in PenSachi:
1. Please check your item description to see whether there is warranty or not. It is provided in product technical specifications.
2. For all items, official warranty from manufacturer is provided. We will help you to send your item(s) to the maker for a repair or replacement.
3. Any defect or damage caused by inappropriate uses or wrong maintenance is not covered by warranty.
4. Customers are fully responsible for return shipping fee in case of warranty.5. Warranty is available in the provided period only, please check your item listing.
Return Period: 30 days
Returns are accepted within 30 days after you receive your item(s) (based on tracking information).
After our return period (30 days), returns are either declined or initiated with all costs covered by customers including shipping fee, handling fee and restocking fee.
PenSachi reserves the right to decline the claim for manufacturer defects or defective shipping if return request is made after our return period.
We highly recommend you to to check your item(s) carefully after you receive it as returns are not accepted or are accepted at the buyer's cost after return period!
If your item(s) arrives in damaged condition or seems like defective because of manufacturing or it is different item from what you purchased, please contact us, we will take care of this fully.
- Your item(s) must be returned in brand-new, unopened, unused condition with full labels and original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement. In this case, please note that the original shipping fee cannot be reimbursed. For a pen, it is considered as used if the ink has run through any part of the pen, the included cartridge, converter or piston filler is not intact and touches ink, also all tags and accessories are intact and not removed.
- If your item(s) is used, we do not guarantee a full refund or a same replacement. The fees that buyer must cover in this case include: handling fee for the used item which is decided after we inspect the item, 10% of selling price for restocking fee and reshipping fee in case of replacement. In this case, please also note that the original shipping fee cannot be reimbursed.
- For replacement, since a replacement might not be available in stock at that moment, after checking we will let you know whether you can have the same item or there are other options for you to choose. Apart from the fees mentioned in (2) and (3), if there is any different amount between prices of your item and replacement item, we will calculate and add or minus accordingly.
- If the item defect is caused by the manufacturer, the costs for impairment or replacement as well as handling fee will be covered by us, even if the item is used. The fees will be refund to you after we have received the item and have carefully checked the item.
- If the return is due to customer’s personal reason, free return can only be applied if the item is unused and is in brand new condition. If the item is used, the customer will be held responsible for shipping fee, handling fee and restocking fee. Item fee will be refunded as normal.
